We want you to be happy with your Wall Chart. If for any reason it’s not quite right, then below is our guide to returns and refunds.

If upon receiving your order you are unhappy with any part of the goods please email us at within 10 days, you should make it clear if you require an exchange, credit note or refund for the item. Then return the item(s) in the original condition anf packaging so they are just as safe in transit on there way back within 30 days and we will be happy to issue you with a refund or exchange an item if preferred.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged goods
If in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please notify us within 48 hours. In most cases we will be able to send out a replacement, however in some rare cases it may not be possible to supply an exact replacement, in which case a refund or exchange will be offered.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days of approval.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you need to return your product, you should email us at and we will give you details of the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.

Some boring but important bits
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

All orders (including overseas orders) will be refunded in Sterling. cannot be held responsible for any fluxuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.

Sadly, any items returned without prior notice in writing may not be accepted.
